Datterino undisputed king of show cooking at the Salone della Dieta Mediterranea in Paestum
On Saturday 28 and 29 May, Cosi Com’è will be a guest of the Mediterranean Diet Exhibition in Paestum with two extraordinary show cookings, within the prestigious spaces of the former Cafasso tobacco factory.
On May 28, with the social Chef Massimiliano Costa known for hosting the show “I Fornelli di Max” he will prepare a delicious Pasta di Gragnano PGI with black chickpeas from Cicerale and mussels, with yellow datterino tomatoes in sea water Così Com’è.
A true marvel of the kitchen, he knows how to tempt his followers who follow him from his social pages every day, commenting and sharing his traditional recipes.
On 29 May at 12.30 Chef Massimiliano Contegiacomo will interpret the iconic dishes of the Mediterranean Diet with Datterino Tomatoes, the typical variety of the Piana del Sele, pride of the House.
Alongside him the nutritionists Emanuele Alfano and Maria Colomba di Sarno who with Lidia Benincasa, Finagricola Marketing Manager, will accompany visitors to get to know the extraordinary products of the largest vegetable garden in Italy.
