Author of an unclassifiable cuisine that expresses itself through games and constructions of ever-present flavours. Jordi Vilà, chef at Alkimia – one Michelin star – is a brilliant person. In love with Italian cuisine, for a couple of years he dared to embark on the project of a pizzeria.
