Particularly sweet, almost twice as sweet as a classic tomato, it has an intense flavour and an extremely thin, bright red skin.
It is rich in mineral salts, vitamin A and vitamin C with a repairing and regenerating action on all the body’s cells.
It has a consistency that makes it storable for longer after harvesting.
The red date tomato is ideal for quick cooking and the preparation of simple sauces, with which to season pasta dishes and pizza, to fully savour its unmistakable sweetness.
