Green Pepper

June ⇔ December
A pepper with thick, fleshy flesh, green because it is harvested before it is fully ripe.
Less sweet than the others, it is recommended for baking or pan-frying and for preserves.

Yellow Pepper

A pepper with juicy and tender flesh, it has a delicate and intense flavour.
It is particularly suitable for eating raw, in a dip or in salads, but can also be cooked.

Red Pepper
Availability:
June ⇔ December
A pepper with crispy, fleshy flesh, sweeter than other peppers as well as being more satiating and rich in vitamins.
Particularly suitable for pinzimonio and barbecuing.
